Destrova is designed to assist high-school, intermediate, and graduate students in India with academic guidance and exam metrics. If you are under the age of 18 (e.g. Class 10/11/12 students), you represent that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to register and use this service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and security credentials. Any actions taken using your credentials will be deemed your responsibility.
All content on the platform, including logos, visual interfaces, database architectures, generated roadmap timeline cards, match algorithms, and design systems, is the exclusive property of Destrova or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform solely for your personal academic research and planning needs. You may not scrape data, copy code templates, automate queries, or deploy bot clients on our servers.
⚠️ DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: All database insights, expected cutoff margins, and career predictions are provided "as is" and "as available". While we audit college and exam timelines regularly, we make no guarantees about the absolute accuracy of cutoff ranges or administrative schedule notifications. Admissions processes are subject to change by official agencies (NTA, IIT Councils, MCC, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by governing law, Destrova shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your choice of study track, prep strategies, or entrance results.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
